Genesis 2:18 “It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make a helper suitable for him.”

From the beginning, God saw man’s need for companionship and created woman—establishing the beauty and purpose of partnership.

Mark 10:6–9 “God made them male and female… what God has joined together, let no one separate.”

Jesus confirms the sacred covenant of marriage—a union intentionally designed between one man and one woman.

1 Corinthians 7:2 “But because there is so much immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman her own husband.”

Scripture reinforces that marriage offers commitment, purity, and God’s structure for love and partnership.

Proverbs 18:22 “He who finds a wife finds a good thing and obtains favor from the Lord.”

Marriage is not only sacred—it is a divine blessing, a gift, and a sign of God’s favor.

Hebrews 13:4 “Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure…”

God calls everyone to value, respect, and honor the covenant of marriage.

Genesis 2:24 “Therefore a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and they shall become one flesh.”

Marriage is a spiritual joining—two hearts, two lives, and two souls becoming one in covenant before God.

Genesis 1:28 “Be fruitful and multiply, fill the earth and govern it.”

God designed marriage with purpose: to create family, legacy, and generations that continue His work and reflect His love.
