No, we do not. To recieve a Formal Marriage license it can be obtained in the county you live in at the County Clerk's Office. You would need to fill out the application online and set an appointment prior to the wedding date. At your appointment make sure both are present as it is required to appear in person and bring both ID's  in order to recieve your Marriage License. A 72-hour wait period is required before getting married (unless waived for military or other reasons). The marriage license must be turned in within 90 days after receiving it from the county clerk's office.

*** Visit the local county clerks office at least 72 hours but no more than 90 days before the ceremony, ensuring the license is valid at the time of marriage. The license itself is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. If previously divorced, a 30-day waiting period is required before reapplying. Fees vary by county, typically ranging from $70 to $90.

Are your Ministers legally ordained and able to perform Marriage Ceremonies?

Yes. All of our ministers are officially ordained through a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit, non-denominational church. Their ordination is fully lawful, and it grants them the legal authority to officiate marriage ceremonies under the protections of the First Amendment’s Religious Freedom Clause.

Each minister carries a hard-copy certificate of ordination and an official Minister ID.

They bring these credentials to every ceremony, and if you would like to verify them before your ceremony begins, you are more than welcome to request to see them.

How does your Ministry comply with Texas Marriage Laws?

We honor both faith-based principles and state legal requirements.

Our ministry operates under the religious freedom protections of the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which allow our church to ordain ministers and perform wedding ceremonies.

We also respectfully acknowledge Texas Marriage Laws, including Tex. Const. art. I, § 32, which outline the state’s legal framework for marriage. Our ministerial practices are carried out in a manner that is lawful, compliant, and aligned with our faith-based mission.

This foundation is guides your ministry’s policies and ceremony decisions

Yes — our Ordained Ministers are also trained Marriage Celebrants, legally authorized to perform weddings in accordance with our faith-based standards.
